- You must promptly report any unauthorized access or suspected security incident, and you remain responsible for activity under your account unless caused by our proven fault

- fichero.io processes customer data according to documented instructions, applicable agreements, and data protection law
6. Third-party services and integrations
Some features depend on external providers or optional integrations.

- Third-party tools may have separate terms, privacy policies, security postures, and availability conditions
- Use of Google Calendar, MCP-enabled tools, or other integrations is optional and may require additional permissions or configuration
- fichero.io is not responsible for outages, delays, or breaches caused solely by third-party systems
7. Intellectual property
The software, brand, and related assets remain protected and owned by their respective rightsholders.
